1. If once delivered the package, the customer observes damage to the requested material or an error in the characteristics of the product sent, has a period of 25 calendar days to claim replacement or change of material. The 25 days count from the date of reception of the order. Claims will not be taken after this period. In this case, TuTapete assumes the transportation costs of the replacement or change. To replace or change a material it will be necessary to send an image that shows the damages caused to tienda@tutapete.com.

2. TuTapete will not assume in any case the transport costs for a material that the client has requested erroneously and wants to change or modify later.

3.- TuTapete customers have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product ordered to exercise their right of return at no additional charge except for return costs. At the end of this period, the right of return will have irreversibly expired.
If the client wishes to exercise said right of return, TuTapete will be obliged to reimburse the Client for the payments received, with the exception of shipping costs.

The Customer has fourteen calendar days to return the purchased products, indicating the number of their order, and ensuring the original packaging and labeling. TuTapete will proceed to the reimbursement using the same means of payment that the Client used when making the initial transaction.

If the reason for the return is attributable to TuTapete, the defective product is not the one that was ordered, or damage of origin or manufacturing, etc. TuTapete will take care of the shipping and collection costs.
If the reason is another TuTapete will pay the amount of the purchased products, but the shipping costs in the returns and collected will be borne by the customer. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, after checking the state of the same, we will proceed to the substitution of the product for another one that you want.

• The client authorizes TuTapete.COM to perform the actions indicated below, provided they are necessary for the execution of the provision of services. Said authorization is limited to the action / s necessary for the provision of each service and with a maximum duration linked to the validity of the applicable contractual conditions:
