Shipping

In order to calculate the shipping costs of the order you must register customer account and add a delivery address. Then add the products to your cart and the store will automatically calculate the shipping costs of the order.

We work with several companies for delivering in European Union (Zeleris, GLS, Correos, SEUR).

We always ship orders tracked. When your order is shipped we´ll provide you by email the tracking number and the courier website to check progress.

Estimated delivery time to most European Union countries is 7-10 days. This can be longer when there are unexpected delays out of our control.

The delivery of the goods will be made at the address designated by the sender, except for the absence of the recipient. In case of absence of the recipient, notice of delivery attempt notice will be left, as well as how to arrange a new delivery attempt. It will be a necessary requirement to proceed with the delivery of the merchandise, the signature of the delivery note by the recipient.

DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible of lost/returned packages due to incorrect delivery address provided by customer at order´s creation. In case package is returned by customer´s fault we will only reship merchandise after new postage cost is paid.
